Are you a highly organized, customer-focused leader with a passion for local products? We’re looking for a Retail Manager to oversee daily operations at our Wild Blueberry Heritage Center Store, ensuring smooth functionality, excellent customer service, and well-stocked shelves.
🔹 Store Operations & Organization – Open and close the store, maintain a clean and inviting space, and manage retail displays for optimal sales.
🔹 Inventory & Ordering – Work with over 40 vendors to stock products, track inventory, and ensure baked goods, apparel, and local items never run out.
🔹 Customer & Staff Management – Supervise employees, provide top-notch customer service, and assist at the register as needed.
🔹 Financial Duties – Handle deposits, track donations, pay invoices, and ensure order accuracy.
🔹 Local Partnerships – Source products from wild blueberry farmers and local artisans to showcase the best of our community.
🔹 Additional Responsibilities – Oversee minor repairs, pest control, cleanliness checks, and manage outdoor logistics like porta-potty setup.
